1.50 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.50 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 cup Granulated Sugar 0.12 tsp Kosher Salt 0.50 cup Water, Filtered
Place cocoa, sugar, salt and water in small sauce pan. Heat on medium stirring constantly with wire whisk. Bring to boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat add butter (Optional) and vanilla. Cool and store in glass jar in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks. (Mine lasts much longer.)
