4 oz Highliner Sole Fillets 1 tbsp basil pesto 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/8 tsp Lemon zest salt & pepper to tasste
Preheat oven to 450F.
Mix Pesto, lemon juice in small container.
Place frozen fillets on baking tray. Spread with Pesto mix.
Sprinkle is lemon zest.
Bake for 14 - 16 mins. turning halfway through if desired.
