Admittedly, it is not super low in fat or calories, but neither is it skimpy on size. The winning combo of crab & Swiss cheese will have non-dieters fighting you for it. Ingredients

    1 Flat Out wrap - light
    1 c. (6 oz.) imitation crabmeat or crab/shrimp combo
    2 T fat free cream cheese
    1 t. yellow mustard
    1/2 t. horseradish (opt.)
    3 T chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped peppers, the color of your choice
    1/2 c. shredded (2 oz.) Lite Jarlsberg Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Lay the Flat Out wrap on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes to crisp slightly. Remove from oven & flip crust over.
2. Mix cream cheese, mustard & horseradish until smooth. Carefully spread the cream cheese onto hot crust.
3. Top with the crabmeat and veggies. Dust with garlic poweder if desired. Sprinkle Jarlsberg Swiss cheese on top.
4. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted to your preference.
Makes one fairly large satisfying pizza. You may want to just eat half & serve with a fresh fruit salad. Can also be sliced into appetizer-size snacks.

    Very Good
    Rather yummy! I left out the peppers, finely minced the onions and mixed in about a tsp of minced garlic for each pizza. They turned out very good. Just don't kiss anyone afterwards! I might try the peppers next time. - 1/12/08
