Introduction

This fish is fast and sooo easy! Your family will think you created a masterpiece in the kitchen. This fish is fast and sooo easy! Your family will think you created a masterpiece in the kitchen.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound Pacific Cod filets (or any white fish such as Tilapia)
    2 Tbsp Lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Cider vinegar or Rice vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil (can be omitted if you prefer)
    2 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

Turn oven on to broil (med to hi)
Place fish in shallow baking dish.
Place all ingredients in small bowl and whick to incorporate.
Pour over fish
Put in oven about 8 inches away from broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fish begins to flake away with fork.
