Ingredients

    2 fillet pacific cod fillet
    1 cup shredded chedder cheese
    1 cup salsa
    6 oz.layes light or baked potato chips,crushed
    1 cup low fat sour cream

Directions

Makes 2 servings-use Pam and spray small square baking pan or pie dish.place fish side by side in the center of baking dish. pour the salsa over the fish. place the cheese over the salsa. put the crushed potato chips over all.Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook fish for 18 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes when cut with a fork.let set for 5 min. then top with sour cream.

    Something is wrong with this calorie amount. This does not seem like it should be 746 calories. Strange. Oh maybe it is because it's 3oz of chips per person and a serving is normally like 140 cals for 1 oz? - 1/18/09
