Introduction




Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups cauliflower Shred raw in food processor
    1.5 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves minced garlic to taste
    3/4 cup diced sweet onion
    2-3 tablespoons of Soy sauce to taste
    1/2 sweet red pepper
    Italian seasoning
    2 eggs scrambled
    1/4 cut snow pees
    1 lb shrimp cooked in boiling water

Directions

In fry pan, add olive oil, and minced garlic saute about 2 minutes then add diced sweet onion and continue saute. When onion is done, add the shredded cauliflower and Soy sauce Add sweet red pepper and Italian seasoning (McCormac makes it in a shaker bottle in the spice/seasoning isle) Continue saute until heated thought then push aside in the pan and add scrambled egg mixture. When eggs are done, mix them into the cauliflower mixture. At this point it looks like and tastes like fried rice. Add snow peas. Add shrimp to heat through

    This was amazing!!!!!!! didn't use italian seasoning, instead is used ginger! and it was great!!! Will make it more often!!! - 6/30/10
