4 small Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup Great value artichoke hearts 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.5 cup Campbells cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp Holland House white cooking wine 0.5 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 0.5 tsp Thyme, ground 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 0.5 tsp Worchester sauce 0.1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 serving Purple Onion Rings 1 svg = 2 rings 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken on bottom. Spread mushrooms and artichoke over top. In a medium bowl , whisk together chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup,wine,corn starch,seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Add red onion, then pour sauce over top. Cook 5-6 hours on low. When done, carefully shred chicken with 2 forks, then add in spinach and mix in and serve.
