I would like to try this, but I dont have time to measure & re-measure to figure out serving sizes. It says it makes 8 servings, but how big is a serving? 1 cup? 1/2 cup? - 11/29/10

I want to say it was 1 cup servings. Sorry I generally try to make note of that because I hate having to do that too when I cook!

I made this but forgot the printed recipe at work so I forgot to add potatoes and I didn't chop the chicken oh and also I forgot to add seasoning to taste so it didn't turn out that great. I will try it again and try to make it right this time. My friend ate it and loved it but she likes everything - 9/10/09

Question : What Spices do you add or suggest ?
How does it taste w/o added spices ?
Do you add the rice into the mixture cooked or uncooked ?
Prepare Vegtables and Chicken ? Do you cook the chicken/vegtable before adding?
I would like ot try this if you can clarify ? - 8/16/08

I like hot, so I used lots of red pepper, hot sauce, and chili powder (which is why I say to taste). Another combination I would go for would be rosemary, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
Everything cooks in the crockpot- no precooking necessary.
