Basic banana muffins

Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .33 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Mash bananas with egg, oil, vanilla. Mix all dry together. Add to wet. Bake 350°F for 20-25 min
