8 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 2 serving jalepeno, pepper, fresh (1 pepper =1serving) (by CD7244759) 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 8 tbsp Land O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half 3 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 1176 gram(s) Zucchini-1 Medium
Hasselback slice zucchini, prebake at 350 degrees for 25 mins
Uses softened cream cheese, 8oz cheddar cheese, remove ribs and seeds from 2 jalepenos and finely dice them, mix all together with 1/2 cup fat free half and half.
Remove zucchini from oven, layer 1 piece of cooked bacon into cooked zucchini, spread cheese/jalepeno mix on top and return to oven for 20 minutes
