Ingredients
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup almond flour2 T butter, melted4 large eggs1/8 to 1/4 cup granulated erythritol2 tsp. vanilla extract2 tsp. psyllium husk powder
Directions
Preheat waffle iron.

Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Place 1/4 of batter into the iron and bake for approximately four minutes. Repeat with the next quarter of the batter.
