Ingredients
14.75 oz Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water 4 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) 0.5 cup onion, fresh finely chopped (by AYOUNGLADY) 3 Tbsp Hellmann's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (by DBERENGER) 1 serving 2 eggs, lightly beaten (by CLEMENTSUE) 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tbsp Safflower Oil, oleic
Directions
Drain and flake salmon in a medium bowl. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, chives, and garlic salt. Blend well. Shape into eight burgers (salmon mixture will be moist). In a large skillet, heat 1 to 2 Tbsp oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown and heated through.
