2 Large Eggs1/2C cup Honey 3/4C cup Apple Sauce 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/2C Rice Flour, White 1/2 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 1/2C, Mashed Banana
Mix eggs, honey apple sauce and vanilla, in separate bowl mix remaining dry ingredients. Add Wet ingredients then the mashed bananas, mix well. Grease (coconut oil) and Flour Muffin pans (Cupcake papers don't work so well) fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on racks or enjoy fresh out of the oven.
