Grain-free Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Flour 3/4 cup Soy Flour 1/4 cup Potato flour 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed Meal 2 dash Salt 1 cup Liquid Egg White 1/3 cup Pumpkin, canned2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. 2. In a small blender combine eggs, egg whites, pumpkin, oil and vinegar. 3. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. 4. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan. Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf
