Haddock in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Sour Cream 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2.50 mL Lemon Juice 0.13 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 400 grams Haddock (fish)
Directions
Sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides of the fillets. Wrap in parchment paper and bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except cheddar together in a small bowl. Open parchment paper and spread sour cream mixture over fish. Top with cheddar. Bake an additional 2 or 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
