Vegan No Bake Cookies

2.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Milk (I used Almond)1/4 Cup Butter (I used Earth Balance)
Add sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter to a sauce pan and stir ingredient until mixed - bring to a boil and boil exactly one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract - stir until all peanut butter has melted.
Stir in Oatmeal until completely coated.
Immediately spoon mixture onto wax paper and let cool.
I made 30 individual cookies, but you can make these smaller or larger depending on what you want.
Serving Size: You can make the cookies any size you want - I used a spoon and got 30
