Fresh Peach Pie

Directions
.5 cup sugar2.5 Tablespoons Cornstarch12 cups Sliced Fresh peaches1 Great Value Rolled Dough Pie Crust.5 cup water
Bake pie crust according to directions on box.
Peel and slice peaches.
For the Gel:
Puree 4 cups of peach slices, add water, cornstarch and sugar. Cook until thickened. Allow to cool.
For the Filling
Mix remaining 8 cups of peaches into the cooled gel, pour into cool pie crust. Refrigerate
