Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract8.0 berries Blueberries, fresh0.25 tsp Baking Powder2.0 tbsp coconut flour2.0 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a ramekin or large coffee mug. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, check to see if done, if not continue to cook at 30 second intervals.
