16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz3.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar0.25 cup Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch0.33 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
Mix ingredients in instant pot. Cook on manual for 6 minutes. 10 minute natural release. Make slurry with cornstarch and 1T of water. Add to instant pot and saute until thickened.
