Ingredients
1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams)1.0 tsp Ginger Root0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 dash Salt
Directions
1. Let dried mushrooms cooked until boiling 2. Add ginger root and let it cook some more 3. Take out the mushrooms 4. Put all spinach and onions and let sit for several minutes till water turn reddish 5. Sprinkle a dash of salt and turn off the heat
