Ingredients
1/2 large head Cauliflower, cooked 1 1tsp Olive Oil Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat - grams (28g / 1 oz) Dash Garlic powder 1 dash Salt
Directions
Steam and process cauliflower until smooth (food processor) Add oil, cheese, grated garlic clove and powder and salt. Enjoy hot! Serving Size: Makes 2 cups
