Ingredients
680 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 clove Garlic 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 6 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic together until tender. Add and brown ground chicken in same skillet. Add spices, sugar and pepper. Pour in tomato with liquids and tomato paste. Simmer together for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over sweet potato.
