Ingredients
1 13.5 oz canned spinach1 cup chicken broth1 Tbs. sugar1 Tbs. cider vinegar1 tsp. salt
Directions
Drain spinach, rinse, drain, and rinse again. Bring chicken broth to boil, add spinach, and remove from heat. Add sugar, salt, and vinegar. Stir, and allow to sit at least 1 minute.

    I was going to make this, but then I saw how much sodium is in it. I'm sorry, I can't eat this. It has too much sodium. Maybe if I substituted the salt for nu-salt. :) - 10/5/10
