Ingredients
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 serving Kroger Pork Rinds (1/2 oz) 1 teas garlic powder1 teas powder onion
Directions
mixed shredded mozeralla cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1 large egg, 6 oz crushed pork rinds none flavored, add garlic and onion powder.
mix well. Form into 8 : 3 to 4 inch patties.

Fry in hot grease. , turn when golden brown. flatten cheese mix
after turning.
