This is actually baking in the oven as I type! I switched 98% fat free cream of chicken for the mushroom (DH & I don't love mushroom), used fat free sour cream, just a 10 oz pkg of peas instead, and I got about 169 calories per serving. Sounds delicious, can't wait to try it! - 8/12/08

I make this...only instead of pasta I use those chinese noodle things...those little brown crispy noodles. I also use peas, tuna, and mushroom soup, just a little milk to keep it from drying out. That's it. It's amazing! No need for the sour cream, I don't think. That's just extra cals. - 9/9/08

Sounds wonderful. I will give this one a try. Also, for anyone concerned about how many portions there are, you can always portion it out after you make it and freeze. Then you just micro it when you want, etc. I do that with a lot of recipes - 8/15/08

One problem with this recipe for me is that I need recipes for one person since I live alone. Thus I have to do much math to get the recipe to work for me. - 8/15/08
