0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.0 1tsp Canola Oil2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, sliced Mushroomsh0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)1 can cannellini beans2/3 cup Quaker Quick Barley6 tsp Orrington Farms Broth Base Vegan Ham flavor 2 cups water
Brush nonstick skillet with 1 tsp canola oil. Sautee onion, and mushrooms for 5 minutes, add garlic, saute for 3 minutes more, add quick Barley, 6 tsp vegan ham broth seasoning, 2 cups water, bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until Barley is tender, add a little water if needed. Add the rinsed, drained cannellini beans, heat to warm, stir in the baby spinach. Stir 'til wilted. Serve.
