Basil Garlic Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Basil4.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp chopped Shallots3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp kosher salt1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 link Stew Leonard's Turkey Sausage
Directions
Blend 1 2/3 tbsp olive oil with garlic and fresh basil. Cut sausage in 0.25 in half slices. Sautee the shallot in the remaining teaspoon of oil until tender. Add zucchini. Add the blended basil and garlic. Stir. Add sausage. Stir. Cover and simmer for 15 min.
