Ground beef, lean, 24 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Bay Leaf, 2 tbsp, crumbled (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives, 10 serving (remove)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
sautee onions, garlic, pepper until onions are translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add tomato paste, olives, spices, and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add corn and water if needed. Cook for 10 minutes until all are incorporated.
