Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream1 dash Salt1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened1 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)1/3 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener (granulated)1/2 cup Lakanto Golden
Directions
1. Beat all ingredients together well. 2. Pour into ice cream maker. 3. Churn for 30-40 minutes. 4. Add any extras (like nuts or caramel) 5 minutes before time is up. 2. (Optional): Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to integrate flavors. Stir again right before pouring into the ice cream maker. Serving Size: Makes 12, half-cup servings
