Mexican Beef Patties & Cabbage

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 serving cumin ground .5 tsp (by MAKERSGIRL) 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 0.25 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50) 1 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio 3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 453 grams Kroger Mild Traditional Salsa (1 jar)
Directions
Combine beef, spices, and Tapatio.
Form into 1/4 inch or thinner patties.
Pan broil on the stove to brown. Med High 3 min. per side
Remove from pan
Discard fat but keep the pan drippings.
Stir in Salsa.
Add patties back to pan and coat both sides with sauce
Place cabbage on top of patties.
Drizzle water over top. (season cabbage with salt & pepper if desired).
Cover pan reduce heat to medium
Simmer for 10 min.




Serving Size: makes 4 1/4LB patties and 4 1/2Cup cabbage sevings
