One-Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean hamburger1 med onion chopped(1 T minced garlic, 1.5 tsp salt, .25 tsp allspice, .5 tsp dry mustard, .25 tsp pepper)6 oz uncooked spaghetti broken2.5 cups tomato juice (not tomato sauce)(1 C water, Parmesan Cheese)
Directions
In large soup pot, brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Add remaining spices. Place spaghetti pieces over beef. Combine tomato juice and water, pour over spaghetti. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 min until spaghetti is done. Stir occasionally. Let stand for 5-10 min after so it will thicken up. Serve with parmesan cheese, garlic bread and salad. Feeds about 6 people small portion- recipe easily doubled.
