Ingredients
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 tbsp Jam, Smucker's sugar free strawberry 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) .33 serving Apple, Braeburn, Medium 1 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese 0.5 cup Pomegranate, half cup arils (seed/juice sacs)
Directions
For vinaigrette, in a small bowl whisk together vinegar, yogurt, preserves, oil, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.In an extra-large serving bowl, combine spinach, romaine, apple, cheese, pomegranate seeds and walnuts. Drizzle with half of the vinaigrette; toss to coat. Pass the remaining vinaigrette.
