2.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tbsp Fish Sauce16.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw1.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp chopped Shallots0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)4.0 tbsp Roasted Rice Powder1.0 cup Cilantro, fresh chopped
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, pepper in olive oil. Brown pork. Mix in spices and rice powder. Add hot sauce or sambal to taste. Top with fresh cilantro to serve. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings divided.
