6 ounces fresh sockeye salmon 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oilsaltpepper
Directions
Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add fish flesh side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes or until skin is crispy and fish flakes easily.
