Polenta with Spinach

Ingredients
1.0 cup Yellow Cornmeal1.0 serving(s) Knorr Chicken Homestyle Stock4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Boil water with chicken stock. Add cornmeal SLOWLY. This is tricky because lumps form quickly. Turn heat to medium. Stir and cook until thick. Stir in the fresh spinach. Pour into buttered baking dish. Thinner level is best. Bake at 350p for 30 minutes.
