Keto salmon patties

Ingredients
2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 can Pink Salmon (canned) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 33 gram(s) pork rinds, Mac's Salt & Pepper Pork Skins 1/2 oz
Directions
Drain salmon, mix all ingredients including 3/4 t Italian seasoning, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper and 1/2 t smoked paprika. Shape into 6 patties. Lay on a parchment lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. Heat up 3 Tbl of olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon patties to skillet without touching, cook for 3 or 4 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Flip patties and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes until brown on the other side.
