Tasted Great!! I added Grilled Chicken into the mixture and used whole wheat pasta for more protein and fiber. - 11/12/07

Make sure you undercook the pasta a little as it cooks more in the oven. But this is really good and really satisfying! - 7/4/07

This is delicious, I added spinach to the recipe and cut out some of the pasta sauce and it was a hit with my family. - 3/10/09

I fed this to a crowd at my housewarming party without telling them it was low cal. Everyone loved it. Several went back for seconds. I used wheat pasta and put mozzarella cheese on top instead of parmasean. YUMMY! - 2/10/09

If you are having any trouble with the cottage cheese giving off lots of liquid toss it with a TBL or two of flour and perhaps beaten egg. - 12/17/10

instead of garlic powder-humidity made it clump, I used minced garlic and added fresh basil from my garden instead of parsley. Hubby said I could make it for him at least twice a month. He loved it and I found it fun to make. - 9/15/12

Very yummy. I used fat free cottage cheese only & it came out great. I also didn't add any egg. - 8/25/12

This was definitely quick and easy and enjoyable, but a little bland. I made my pasta sauce from scratch to flavor it up a bit, but I think perhaps some garlic, red pepper flakes and add veggies might spice it up! :) - 3/16/11
