Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil 1 cup Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
Directions
Mix together and make your pancakes. I used butter in the pan. Beat the egg before putting in batter.

Serving Size: 1/3 cup of batter.
