Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated3.0 large Scrambled Egg0.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw2.0 clove Garlic3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash12.0 large Shrimp, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil16.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
Directions
Mince garlic. Julienne a large onion. Cut the rest of the vegetables a similar size and shape as the onions. Heat olive oil in a large skillet Stir in garlic Add vegetables. When onions are just begining to become translucent, add shrimp. Continually stir so the shrimp cooks evenly. Remove from heat when shrimp are done. Serving Size: Serves 2-3 people.
