Zuchini lasagna

Ingredients
8 serving yellow & green Zuchini 2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Mix cheeses, reserve some mozarella and parmesan for the top. Layer zuchini, cheese mixture, and sauce like you would for lasagna. Finish with sauce and then sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
