3 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 14 tbsp Allulose just shy of 1 Cup2 large Egg Yolk 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Lemon zest 1 tsp 6 tbsp Butter, salted chilled cubed
1. Separate 2 yolks
2. Add eggs to the two yolks, whisk and set Aside
3. Zest 1 lemon
4. Juice 3 lemons remove seeds need 1/2 C
5. Add lemon juice, zest and sweetener to sauce pan heat over low to medium heat and stir to combine
6. When juice is warmed through add eggs slowly and WHISK CONSTANTLY for 5-6 minutes until it starts to thicken
7. Remove from heat add cubed butter and whisk until melted and combined
8. Strain into a bowl pushing mixture through
9. Refrigerate 1 your before serving
