800 grams Beef, round steak 8 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 cup Yoghurt fresh homemade 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp Salt 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder10 cup Water, tap 0.75 cup Tomato Paste 5 German Green Chilies3tbsp Achar Masalah
Firstly marinate the beef in yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, salt and red chilli powder for 30 min minimum.
Now in a pan heat oil and add the marinated beef and saute till colour slightly changes add water and let it simmer till cooked.
To prepare the green chillies create a small slit and add achar masalah into it
Dry out the water and add tomato paste and 1 tbsp of achar masalah add the prepared chillies
Cook till the tomato paste becomes slightly darker.
