Ingredients
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 3 slice, thin Onions, raw 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Pepper, black 2 dash Salt 3 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Directions
Slice cucumbers and onions as thinly as possible.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Chill at least 30 minutes before eating.
