Peach Crisp

Ingredients
0.25 cup Butter, unsalted1.0 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry4.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh1.0 serving *Great Value Instant Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Peel & chop peaches. Fill each space about 1/2 full with peaches. Soften, not melt, butter. Add 1 packet of maple brown sugar (or cinnamon spice) instant oatmeal, plain oatmeal (1 packet or 1/2 cup), vanilla & nutmeg. Use a fork to mash & combine. Divide among the tins & bake at 350 for 15 min or until crumble is browned. Serving Size: 12 muffin tin servings
