Um. The nutritional data is only for the eggs. No way all that bread, butter and sugar would be only 100-something calories! ;) - 8/12/10

Makes me look forward to getting up in the morning! Used thawed frozen blueberries with juice, added flaxseed, powdered milk thinned, cocoa powder AND crushed dark chocolate bar, margarine instead of butter. Moist as I wanted. Will make again. - 4/21/14

calories need to be recalculated for yourself, click see under recipe to see full nutritional breakdown only one ingredient is listed. Lighten up as want cashew or almond milk, swerve sugar replacement, etc.less butter. Serve about 6 tops to me. This recipe is good in that it scalds milk first. - 5/12/19

Made this today for our evening snack. I used splenda brown sugar. It turned out sooo very good. Just like I remember when I was a kid. It was not too sweet and just right in moisture. We will be making it again in the near future. - 11/6/14

Awesome recipe...and so easy. I don't like raisins so I substituted with Craisins. Delicious! I will make this for my grown children and their spouses. I'm sure the grandchildren will love Grandma's bread pudding...Thank you loankidd:-) - 10/14/13

I made this for dessert tonight and it's absolutely delicious! I did add some dried blueberries and chopped pecans but I can tell it would be great even without the embellishment. Thanks for a definite "keeper" recipe! - 3/28/11

Quite good! I added dried cranberries and walnuts. I liked it, but I think my boyfriend would have liked it if it was a bit thicker consistency. Maybe I didn't cook long enough. Thank you for the detailed directions, esp. regarding milk - very helpful!! - 12/6/08
