Keto Prosciutto Scrambled Eggs

3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream .13 tsp Salt 1 tsp Organic Valley Ghee Butter 1 serving Carando Deli Fresh Prosciutto Ham (2 slices) (by CURRYSTRUMPET) 1 tsp Dill weed, dried
1. Combine Eggs, cream and salt in a large bowl. Whisk until eggs are well scrambled.
2. Heat a medium non-stick salute pan over medium-high heat until very hot. Add ghee. Then add the eggs. Let eggs sit in pan until bottom has cooked slightly.
3. Using a heatproof rubber spatula, very quickly move the eggs around making sure to move all of the eggs around. The faster you work and the hotter the pan the fluffier the eggs.
4. Place prosciutto slices on a plate and lay scrambled eggs on top. Gently fold prosciutto over the eggs. Garnish with some fresh herbs like dill.
