75 Grams Dakota Maid Bread Flour 75 mL Water, tap 500 Grams Dakota Maid Bread Flour 300 mL Water, tap 8 grams Salt 14 Grams LAND O LAKES BUTTER 1 Tbsp = 14 grams 10 Grams Ground Cinnamon per USDA 440 Grams Aldi's Sweet Harvest Crushed Pineapple 🍍 in 100% juice 43 Grams Aldi's Baker's Corner Light Brown Sugar 2 tsp = 8 grams 5 ml WATKINS VANILLA EXTRACT - no information
Need 150 grams of a natural Sourdough starter which is 75 grams flour & 75 ml well water.
Stir starter than measure 150 grams into bowl. Add the 300 ml additional well water, then stir to combined. Then add additional 500 grams of bread flour. Rough combine and set 30 minutes to hydrate dough. Then do four series of stretches and folds. Then rest for 4 hours. Punch down dough, shape and refrigerator over night. Next morning roll dough out into rectangle shape. Spread melted butter across surface of dough. Cook down the pineapple with brown sugar until very little liquid remains. Add vanilla to pineapple/brown sugar mixture. Spread half into buttered rectangular baking dish and 1/2 across dough surface. Roll dough up to have long direction to have 8 slices of dough. Set dough slices into prepared baking dish ( 9" x 13" ). Let rise several hours to rise naturally in a draft free area. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes
