Chinese Cabbage & Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 cup Cabbage, napa 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (by SCHOLARMOM) 1.5 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Spray wok/skillet with cooking spray. Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chicken & onions cook for 3 minutes then add garlic cook additional minute. Sprinkle ground ginger over mixture, stir. Add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar cook one minute. Serve with rice or plain. Note: Do not over cook. Make sure chicken cook through but cabbage needs only to wilt a little.
