* Mix together all the dry ingredients
* Stir in the vanilla extract and water
* Whisk until the mixture is smoothe
* Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8 inch microwavable dish
* Cook on high for 6 minutes
* Allow to cool.

If you replace the sugar with 100g of splenda brown sugar blend and microwave the cake at the thicker consistency that the sugar switch causes then the cake will be perfect.
If you follow the recipe the outcome is a wet sticky kitchen sponge like creation with a chewy texture and a weird flavor. - 3/7/10
