Hash Brown Potatoes with Onions & Canadian Bacon

Ingredients
1 serving Bacon, Jones Canadian Bacon, 3 slices 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 6.0 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato/5.3oz) 0.25 tsp Paparika (by SXYLADYWTN)
Directions
Cook potatoes in microwave about 3 minutes until tender, then diced. Cut Canadian Bacon in small pieces. Add to a small skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add chopped onions and diced potatoes. Stir and cook on medium for 3 - 4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper & paprika mix well and serve.
